Register for the Poker Run: $50 per participant (includes one card)
Open to students, pilots and friends.
Winners will be announced at the Dec. 13th safety seminar.
Between Oct 11th and Dec 13th register, donate and/or fundraise.
Earn one card for each $100 raised and/or pick up one card at each of the following airports:
Waterbury Oxford (OXC), Groton (GON) and Brookhaven (HWV).
While at OXC, visit “121 Restaurant” and receive a discount off your meal.
Increase your chances to win; no limit to the number of cards you can earn; flights optional.

- Unlimited cards earned with $100 increment fundraising amounts
Create your best poker hand with your best five cards and be eligible for a prize.
Bonus hand is also eligible for bonus prize. How do you earn a bonus hand? Register (1 card), fly to 3 airports (3 cards) and raise $600 (6 cards)…or skip the flights and raise $900, or any combination…be creative and have fun!
Prizes (gift certificates) will be awarded in the following categories:

Print, Sign and return to MIAS with form of payment.
Fundraising money may be designated to go to either charity or be split between the two. Checks are to be mailed to MIAS, 101 Hering Drive, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 and can be made out to LI2Day or LMSF (indicate on check the charity name/percentage and who the pilot/fundraiser is so funds get applied properly. ie: Smith 70% LI2Day, 30% LMSF).
Making check out to MIAS advise how you wish to split the funds.
