FLIGHT SCHOOL

Mid Island Air Service, Inc. is an FAA Part 61 flight school and Cessna Pilot Center (CPC). We offer primary and advanced pilot training, as well as accelerated flight training, for Sport Pilot, Private Pilot, Commercial, Instrument, CFI, CFII, MEI, ATP and multi-engine ratings. Whether you wish to fly for pleasure or are interested in commercial pilot training, our school can satisfy all of your needs.

We offer pre-paid flight packages for training and time building.

We are approved for the training of foreign flight students as well as US citizens. Please see our Alien Flight Training section for M1 Visa information and TSA requirements.

Our flight training is enhanced by the use of the Cessna Computer-Based Instruction (CBI) Intergrated Training Program. Each student receives the CBI kit upon enrolling in our school.  It contains a complete CD library for at home study.  Our instructors monitor and review the student’s progress for all study labs and flight lessons.  Students who train at CPC’s generally complete their training with
15-20% fewer flight hours than the national average.
