With close to 8,000 hours of flying experience spanning four decades, Frank is one of our most accomplished instructors.  His piloting exploits have included operations in Canada, Mexico, Germany, the Bahamas and almost all of the 50 United States.

After four years of study at Cornell University, Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, an officer commission in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps and his Private Pilot Certificate.  The following year he was deployed to Germany for three years where he began his international flying adventures and became fluent in the German language.  Before leaving Germany he earned his Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University's Frankfurt Germany campus.  In 1975 with funding from the G.I. Bill, Frank earned his certifications as a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor while living in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies.  He was able to gain proficiency in mountain flying and aerobatics while pursuing his passion for Alpine skiing.  In 2012 and 2013, he received his Airline Transport Pilot certificate for both single and multiengine airplanes.

The real world flying experiences he shares with his students excites them to the possibilities that await them upon completing their pilot training.

He can be found boating on the Great South Bay of Long Island in summer, skiing the snow covered slopes of New England in winter, or flying his aerobatic Super Decathlon year round.
