Meet Our Instructors
Piotr Majowicz
CFI
My name is Piotr Majowicz, but I am known as “Peter”. I moved to the US from Poland in 1997 and ever since, I have been pursuing my aviation dream of becoming a professional pilot. I started my flight training at the age of 18 and earning my private pilot license was my greatest achievement at the time.
Thanks to my instructors and fellow aviation friends I was motivated to continue my flight training.
I graduated from Dowling College with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and joined Mid Island Flight School in 2008. Shortly after that, I received my flight instructor certificate at Mid Island.
I have been instructing since then and enjoying every minute of it. My goal for now is to continue flight instructing and have the privilege of sharing the joy of flight with others.
I love having the opportunity to speak polish with other pilots.
