RADIO COMMUNICATIONS
One of the most important pilot skills is understanding pilot-controller communications. Radio communication is part of the flight training for FAA pilot certificates and it is also examined during the practical phase of your flight check.
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) phonetic alphabet is used by Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilots throughout the world.
