Mid Island Flight Specials

PRE-PAY & SAVE:

(Please note: in the event a refund is requested, any unused money paid to MIAS will be refunded with the exception of the full 5% prepayment discount applied by MIAS.

TIME BUILDING SPECIAL:

Need to build time and looking for an inexpensive way to log those hours? We are now offering block time on our Cessna 152s at HWV. Licensed pilots may pre-pay 50 hours of dry aircraft rental at the discounted rate of $50/hour*. This is a 35% discount off our standard dry rate. ($2575 on credit card, $2500 cash or check) Flight hours may be used for solo flightsonly and must be used within one year of the first flight taken under the special. From September 1 – June 30, aircraft may not be booked under this special during the 0830 and 1230 blocks, Monday through Friday. During school vacations, these blocks will be available – check with dispatch. *Does not include fuel, insurance or tax if applicable.

Presidential BFR Special:
Why settle for a quick BFR when you can take a comprehensive training program for the same money?
Take four hours of dual and one hour of ground with one of our CFI’s. At the completion of your BFR, we will issue a gift certificate for the value of 2 hours dry aircraft time and one hour ground to be used on future flights.

CFI Ground Special:

Buy 3 hours, get the 4th hour free. Receive quality ground instruction at a 25% savings. (May be used for instructor time on simulator sessions at HWV).

GFC students may take advantage of the Sat & Sun 20% before 10am special for local, solo practice.

Specials may not be combined. No dual on any specials.

Seminar Special:
Attend our monthly FAA Wings Approved safety seminar (ISP, 8:30 coffee, 9:00 seminar) the second Saturday of the month and participate in that day’s flight special.

Redbird Simulator Special:
Purchase ten hours block time for $400 (simulator only), this is a 50% savings off our regular price. Cash or Check Please. Available for use at either ISP or HWV. ISP Redbird is configured to both the Cessna 172R and the G1000 Glass Cockpit 172R. The Brookhaven Redbird is configured to a Piper Warrior.
