• Record in/out mileage on clipboard
• Record any mechanical discrepancies on clipboard

The car should be full when you receive it.  We request that you bring the car back to the same level.  If circumstances do not permit fueling, please advise dispatch and fuel will be charged to your account in fairness to the next person who uses the car. 

Ask Don or Jim how you can attain “Premier Customer” status in regards to car use:

• You will be given a key to the car to permit last minute use
• After scheduling with dispatch, you can fly directly to GON without physically reporting
  in at ISP for key & clipboard
• Allows you to decide to use car if you are already enroute and decide to visit GON (or get diverted) [remember to call ISP dispatch to make sure car is available before using]

• Call ISP flight desk with ending odometer reading upon return to airport
  (if after hours, leave a message on voice mail 631-588-5400)
• We will bill your account for fuel used – eliminating the need for you to stop for fuel
