Rockland or Knox County Regional Airpark is located on the coast of Maine in Rockland. The airport is approximately 150 air miles from OWD (Norwood, MA). This is a great destination if you want to explore the coast of Maine from the air, visit Rockland, or visit a great transportation museum. The Owls Head Transportation Museum is located on the field. This museum features an outstanding collection of antique automobiles, motorcycles, and planes. Call ahead for times. The airport has three hard surface runways.
