Class includes eight hours ground instruction, simulator and flight as required.

The texts for the course will be: FAA Instrument Flying Handbook, Advanced Avionics Handbook, Pilot Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge, Risk Management Handbook, Instrument Procedures Handbook, and The Aeronautical Information Manual. For Full IPC endorsement, if not IFR current, you will need a “circle to land” flight.
To extend to include BFR sign off, additional flight/ground time will be required.
For IPC endorsement OR BFR, Class rate includes up to .6 hr CFI time. Mid Island aircraft may be rented for a 25% discount (up to two hours).
